Jaguar Land Rover has unveiled the cars that they’re going to feature in the brand new James Bond blockbuster. Held in Frankfurt, the big reveal showed the stunt vehicles that were used for in chases in Rome and in mountain ranges. Among them were the Range Rover Sport SVR and Land Rover Defender Bigfoot. We’re not sure how the chases end in Spectre, released next month, but we have plenty of Land Rover spares if things don’t go to plan!
We can see why they chose to feature some 4x4s in the British spy classic, and other films for that matter! The ease of control, beautiful exterior, and high-speed, means that they’re perfect for car chases and will always look great on camera.

Back to the Future
Even though Marty McFly can’t use his Toyota Hilux SR5 to travel through time, we think that this is the most underrated vehicle in the movie! After pining after the car of his dreams and thinking about what it would be like to go to the lake in it with his girlfriend Jennifer, he gets the 4×4 after travelling back in time.
Being part of his utopia makes this car pretty spectacular!
Tomb Raider
Angelina Jolie drove a limited edition Land Rover Defender 110 High Capacity Pickup for her role as Lara Croft. The scenes set in Cambodia involved her driving in front of the sacred Bayon temple, where she meets the mysterious girl, Ta Prohm.
We have to say that we think Croft rivals Bond for her fighting and driving abilities.
Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls
We have to say that we don’t condone Jim Carey’s careless style of driving in this comedy, but we do like the fact he’s using his 4×4 for a bit of off-roading. Looks like he could do with a few Land Rover spares from us though..
